If you purchased a product from our website (wolffepack.com) and are not happy with it, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your bag for a full refund*. If you have a defective or broken product, we will be happy to repair or replace your Wolffepack. More info on that here.
To begin processing a return please contact us at email@example.com to obtain your Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the bag.
Once we receive your bag(s) we will return your money, no questions asked.
Please note that it can take up to 2 weeks to process your refund once we receive your returned Wolffepack.

*Original Shipping Costs are not refunded and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the reason for return is warranty defect.
